2nd visit to S&R today for another full service and new pads and discs all round. Yet again their service and communication was fantastic. John had costed all the works prior to dropping the car off and advised on what was required, he even accommodated my request to leave it with them the night before. When I arrived I had managed to pick up a scratch down the length of the passenger side en route. On picking the car up today John and the team had gone the extra mile and had machine polished it out for me without even asking, talk about 5* customer service. The car feels like new after the work carried out and once again I cannot recommend S&R enough. I will not be trusting my vehicle with anyone else during my ownership. A huge thank you to all the team, an exceptional garage, wish I could give 10*.
